Service Description

Our martial arts program is designed to introduce elementary school students to the fundamentals of martial arts while helping them develop important life skills such as discipline, respect, focus, confidence, and perseverance. Program Schedule... During the first four classes, students will participate in martial arts classes held in the gymnasium at their school. The program will begin with a Parent Orientation, where we will explain how the program works, review expectations, and answer any questions parents may have. The first 4 classes will take place after school from 2:40–3:10 PM and will be 30 minutes long. Classes at Exclusive Martial Arts... For Classes 5 and 6, students will have the exciting opportunity to visit Exclusive Martial Arts and experience training in a real martial arts school! These final two classes allow students to see firsthand how martial arts classes are conducted in a professional training environment. Students will continue developing their skills while gaining a better understanding of what they can expect from continued martial arts training. Graduation Ceremony... At the conclusion of the program, students will be invited to participate in a graduation ceremony at Exclusive Martial Arts. Graduation is a special opportunity for students to demonstrate the martial arts skills they have learned throughout the program and celebrate their accomplishments. It also gives parents, grandparents, siblings, and other family members who may not be able to attend the after-school classes an opportunity to see their child in action and celebrate all of the hard work they have put into the program. Student Achievement... Every student will have the opportunity to earn their first martial arts belt by participating in the program and demonstrating the skills and values they have learned. Students will also receive weekly homework assignments designed to reinforce the lessons taught in class and encourage students to practice important life skills at home. These assignments will focus on values such as: - Discipline - Respect - Focus - Confidence - Perseverance - Responsibility Our goal is not only to teach students martial arts, but to help them build positive habits and character traits that they can use in the classroom, at home, and throughout their lives.
